Services provided are directly related to our research-derived positive assessments and ELS learning programs. EI-centric programs and consulting services are planned and delivered to educators and students in schools/colleges and managers and adults in organizations. Individuals can explore, learn, and develop EI skills for personal and career enhancement or participate in professional development and training with EILS assessments, programs, and services.
Professional development workshops and learning/training programs:
Workshops are provided for in-service and professional development to educational, governmental, and business organizations. Learning/training programs can be designed to meet specific needs and may range from brief one-day learning experiences to more in-depth training with the Emotional Learning System.
Courses and Orientation Programs:
Utilizing EILS assessments and learning systems, we provide, upon request, educational courses and training programs to educational and business organizations. Courses and programs feature positive assessments and related learning experiences to understand, develop, and apply emotional intelligence skills, attitudes, and actions for personal and organizational improvement. Orientation programs are designed for organizations intending to implement EI training and development in their own settings. Courses offered include:

Coaching and Guided Learning Experiences:
Guided-learning experiences are provided to give individuals unique and personal perspectives of emotional intelligence. The guided learning and coaching experiences are tailored to provide a positive and engaging opportunity to learn first-hand the benefits of emotional intelligence from the authors of Emotional Intelligence: Achieving Academic and Career Excellence, Intelligent Self-Direction, and Principals of EI Learning Systems.
Certification Workshops:
Certification workshops are available for individuals to gain a more in-depth experience with EILS assessments and learning systems. These two-day certification workshops are designed so that professionals will have adequate familiarity with assessments and learning materials and understand the strengths and limitations of EILS research-derived products and learning materials.
Brief Presentations/Speaking Engagements:
Upon request, we provide brief presentations on the topics of EILS research, applications, and EI skill dimensions.
